Who we are

The Nelson ARK is a Charitable Trust founded in 2002 by Susan Murray-Rifici and Karen Howieson. The Trust Board currently consists of eight members comprising representatives from the fields of education, law, business, health, animal welfare and veterinary science, as well as the perspective of youth and older persons.

Where are we

The Nelson ARK is located on Lower Queen St in Richmond, just five minutes from the centre of town..

 

Current Status

In the last two years we have very successfully completed 9 APART programmes, giving 57 young people, and an equal number of canines a new lease on life.
